The leafy kale, officially known as “brassica oleracea”, belongs to the cruciferous family and is related to cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts. It became one of the most famous of its kind around 2012 when it appeared on restaurant menus with Star Michelin and became the number one ingredient chosen by thousands of food bloggers to cook.
A cup of chopped kale has only 33 calories, while it contains 5 times more vitamin C than spinach. It is a vegetable rich in protein, fiber, iron, manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, calcium, and other beneficial substances.

For Kale Chips you will need:
Kale leaves irregularly cut by hand (remove the stalks).
Spread them on the baking sheet in a baking tray.
Drizzle the Kale with:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Greek honey (Thyme or Flower).
Spread some salt.
Optionally add chopped walnut or parmesan and cayenne pepper.
Bake in the oven at 70° C air for 15-20′ or until crispy.
