All the honey varieties in our store have not been microfiltered. A high concentration of pollen grains can therefore be found in the product. Their export temperatures were below 35°C, and they had not been pasteurized. Avoiding heating guarantees the unaltered preservation of the honey’s aroma, enzymes, and phenols.
