We do our best to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold.
However, if you find that your package has been damaged during transport (unfortunately, this could happen in rare cases, no matter how well we pack your order), beware of any broken glasses. We recommend that you handle the damaged items as little as possible and wear gloves or other protective measures. Take some pictures for us before disposing of them. Photos can be sent via email to info@fromatobee.gr. Enter your details (contact phone number, name and number of your order). We will arrange a replacement or refund.
All breakage claims must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) upon receipt of the parcel!
Returns
Our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. However, if
i) You receive an incorrect or defective product or in case of any other problem arising from our fault,

In all cases of return of products purchased on our online store due to actual defect or proven lack of agreed resulting from our fault, or even if you wish to return the purchase for your own reasons:
i)The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. In case some of the return conditions are not met, our company has the right not to accept the products back and not to replace them.
ii)The product you are sending back to our company must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must be unused, it must be complete in its intact original packaging and it has to be preserved in the proper storage conditions.
• In case of using the product or altering its original packaging, the return is not accepted.
iii) The returned products should be accompanied by the Retail Receipt/ Sales Invoice and Delivery Note. Please note that if one of the above-mentioned documents is missing, your request cannot be fulfilled and the product will not be collected by our Company.

When the goods have been received and checked, a refund will be issued within 14 days. This means that you may be contacted for details as to how we can make repayment to you. Please note that returning the goods to us is your responsibility and we are obliged to repay you for shipping costs only for proven incorrect or defective products.
