2. The access/visit and use of the Website is governed by these terms and conditions. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon the first visit and use of the Website. You should read them carefully and refer to them every time you visit the Website. The Company reserves the right to modify them at any time by posting the new text every time. The Company recommends that you visit the Terms and Conditions site regularly to keep abreast of any modifications and upgrades.
